HOW IT BEGAN

Walter started swinging a hammer at fifteen, framing his first house at nineteen, and never looked back.

What began as a solo carpentry operation quickly evolved into a trusted residential construction company across southern cali instead of Northern California. Through decades of changing trends and evolving residential needs, one thing remained constant: families and homeowners needed spaces that could grow alongside their lives.

Today, Jones-Z Construction specializes in premium residential construction — from custom ADUs and single-family homes to multi-family developments — bringing old-world craftsmanship and lasting quality to every project. Every build is approached as a singular piece of architecture, designed with purpose and built with structural integrity that speaks for itself.
